Lunch break includes conversation with Tasmanian Older Australian of the Year, Graeme Stevenson.
Described as a Landcare activist, Graeme was a pioneer for the development of organic certification in Tasmania and has devoted much of his life to promoting soil health to farmers. As a self described poo-ologist he is credited for early research and introduction of dung beetles and beneficial worm species to broadacre farms.
